Friday Mixtape Volume 46

Is it the middle of Nevember already? The weather here in the A-T-L just turned cold, like yesterday (cold = the temperature at which the boxter-driving tools on the freeway will finally stop putting the top down). Anyway, Thanksgiving is next week for those of you in the US, which means a short week (for me at least). The following Friday will be December 1st- and the beginning of my countdown to the end of the year. Yeah, that means "Best Of" and all. This week's mix is more great music, spanning many genres, and hopefully rockin' your ass off. One totally guilty pleasure on the mixtape is singer/actress Marla Sokoloff, who was one of "the twins" in Dude, Where's My Car? with Jennifer Garner, and who's new series Big Day is set to start airing on ABC soon, and looks like another American rip-off of a great British comedy series Worst Week Of My Life, but it's not, because the real US version of that show is still in development at Fox. But, now I'm rambling about television, but I do love Marla- and she's got an album out, so it's still kinda 'bout the music, right? Anyhow- download, listen, enjoy- and remember to go out and buy the stuff you like.
Remember that HDR image of London over the Thames from two weeks ago? Well, I've gone back to the same photographer for this week's image. Another great HDR image. This one is of the street near Spitalfields Market in London. It's brilliant colours are exaggerated by the HDR process giving it the appearance of an architect's rendering, rather than real life.
