Welcome to the weekend! Not too much in the new releases this week, so I did a little forward-looking to dig up some tracks for the mixtape. Idlewild drops new music on the UK in a couple of weeks, and ever since Gary Lightbody spun that first track on Radio 1 last month, I've been waiting ot hear more. Finally, I have, and I'm sharing it with you! Willy Mason's new single is amazing, and I've been listening to it a lot lately- his album is out mid-March. Bifyf Clyro has been all over the Zane Lowe show, and for good reason. Their first single off the upcoming album (March 5) is terrific, and here. And the new Kings of Leon leaked this week, and every other blog has it, so I figured I'd pass one of those along to you (thanks to Neiles Life). Otherwise, there's an interesting track from the Manchester act Cherry Ghost which tweeked my ears, but I haven't heard anything else yet? Anyone know anything about this? New Feist track is all over the net, and in here so you don't have ot go anywhere else to hear it. A few other great tracks rounding out the mix, but I'm outta time. Party tonight at Fado (oscars)!
