What Made Milwaukee Famous – Free Digital EP

I’m late getting this out, as it’s been in my inbox since last week- but I’ve been playing catch-up all week.

Barsuk Records is pleased to announce that the What Made Milwaukee Famous SugarHill Sessions digital EP is now available via eMusic and barsuk.com, and free to download until November 17th. The SugarHill Sessions EP offers listeners a chance to hear the pure heart of the music of Austin, TX quintet What Made Milwaukee Famous. It’s just five guys in a classic Texas studio with guitars, piano and simple percussion, performing their songs in one take. No bells, no whistles, no overdubs. Called “the Abbey Road of the South”, SugarHill is the oldest continually operating studio in Texas.
