The iPhone Without a Phone? Meet the iPod Touch

Apple announced it's new variant to the ever-popular iPod line today: the iPod Touch. It's pretty much an iPhone without any phone functions. Music, movies, and the WiFi web broswer make it hell more useful than the old iPods, plus it's got that cool touch-screen interface that you just want to play with. I can't find if it's running the full OS that the iPhone does, but I would imagine it does, so some of the custom apps coming out now for the iPhone would run on it, posibly making it a PDA-substitution as well. Nifty, but I probably won't be buying one for $299… anyone want to buy one for me?
