Okay, I’ve now had my fill of cake. I’m not much for chocolate, cake or ice cream, but I’ve had all three in one week, and my sweet tooth has officially been sated! While my taste for sweets is limited, my taste for music… not so much.
This week, I present yet another scrambled-egg affair of aural architecture. Special thanks goes out to Ryan, who turned me on to Solillaquists of Sound. It’s a helluva piece of work, and definitely worth checking out. I hear they’re playing Atlanta next week, and will likely be in attendance- I’ll update when I get the venue info.
Alrighty, enjoy the mix, your weekends, and life.

This week’s image comes from Mr.Tea / Stephen Train.

Music by Folds, Lyric by Hornby. Seems like an interesting combo, but this preview from the Sydney Morning Herald isn’t convincing me. Listen
Welcome to another weekly installment of the Friday Mixtape. I really can’t think of anything to say about this week’s mix- just let it stand on its own. So, download it, listen to it, and leave some comments about it- if you like.
