I was hoping that by the time this week’s mixtape was published, the sun would once again have retunred to Atlanta, and I’d be cruisin’ down I-75, top down, with some Funky Soul music blaring. Unfortunately, I’ve been watching the weather forcast for this evening get colder and more cloud-covered. There’s still hope for sun later this weekend though! Ah, the first days of spring are almost here, and it looks like we’re in for a fine weekend! The sun is shining, the air is warm and dry, and the pollen has yet to start coating everything. This has got to be one of my favorite time of year. It won’t last though- soon that dreaded pollen will start to fall over everything, like a chartreuse blanket of snow. Then, the air will go from warm to hot, and grow heavy with the humidity of summer. Thanks, Georgia.
